Delete your account
Deleting your RAWNAQ account is permanent. Once the request is processed you will lose access to everything below, and it cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Your profile and contact details, saved addresses, wishlist and saved collections, wardrobe items and generated looks, style profiles, loyalty points and store credit, reviews and community posts, stylist bookings, and your support conversations.
What we have to keep
Completed order and payment records are retained for the period required by tax and consumer-protection law. They are unlinked from your profile and are not used to contact you.
Requests are actioned within 30 days. You will get a confirmation email once your account has been removed.
Request deletion
To protect your account we can only accept a deletion request from the account holder. Sign in and you will be brought straight back to this page.
