Delivery options and charges

Standard, next-day and express delivery are offered at checkout with their own charge and delivery window. The exact charge for your order is shown on the checkout summary before you pay. Delivery charges are shown on the checkout summary before you pay.

How long it takes

Delivery windows are calculated from the day the order is dispatched, not the day it is placed, and are shown per option at checkout. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Your address

Kuwaiti addresses are built from Governorate, Area, Block, Street and Building. Please give all of them — an incomplete address is the most common reason a delivery fails. Your mobile number must be a Kuwaiti number so the driver can reach you.

Tracking

Track any order from My Account → My Orders. We email you when it is dispatched and again when it is out for delivery.

Missed deliveries

Our driver will call before arriving and will try twice. If both attempts fail, the order returns to us and we refund it, less the delivery charge.
